76. (1) No person shall remove, alter, damage, disrupt, disable or destroy any apparatus used in connection with the generation or transmission and distribution of electricity except in accordance with this Law. A person who contravenes subsection (1) is commits an offence and is liable —
on summary conviction to a fine of one hundred thousand dollars; or
on conviction on indictment to a fine of two hundred thousand dollars and to imprisonment for five years.
