Obstruction of persons acting in execution of this Act

A person who resists arrest or otherwise wilfully obstructs or impedes any officer, constable or other person acting in the execution of that person's duty under this Act commits an offence
A person who acts in contravention of this section, or is reasonably suspected of having so acted or being about so to act, may be taken into custody without warrant by an officer or constable
