The Clerk shall endorse or annex to every indictment filed as aforesaid, and to every copy thereof delivered to the officer of the court for service thereof, a notice of trial, which notice shall specify the particular session of the Grand Court at which the accused person is to be tried on the said indictment, and shall be in the following form, or as near thereto as may be — "A.B. Take notice that you will be tried on the indictment whereof this is a true copy at the sessions of the Grand Court to be held at commencing on the day of , 20 ."
