This Law applies to all prisoners regardless of when they were convicted or sentenced, including prisoners who have no right of abode in the Islands or are liable to be deported.
In relation to prisoners who have no right of abode in the Islands or are liable to be deported, the Board shall liaise with the Department of Immigration and other relevant authorities to ensure the timely enforcement of relevant Laws in relation to any such persons.
This Law applies, with necessary modifications, to children held at the court's pleasure in the same way as it applies to other prisoners.
