The Board shall, within three months after the end of each financial year, forward to the Governor an annual report of the operation of the Board during that year.

The Governor shall as soon as possible after receiving the annual report, cause copies of the annual report to be laid before the Legislative Assembly by the Minister responsible for prisons.
