Territorial scope of offences under this Law

The provisions of this Law shall have effect in relation to any person outside as well as within the Islands; and where an offence under this Law is committed by a person in any place outside of the Islands, he may be dealt with as if the offence had been committed within the Islands if the offence relates to a computer or information situate in the Islands.
