Dissolution following voluntary winding up

The Registrar shall, within three days of receiving a liquidator ’ s return under section 127(3), register such return.
Upon the expiration of three months from the registration of the return the company is deemed to be dissolved.
Notwithstanding sub section (2), the Court may, on the application of the liquidator or any other person who appears to the Court to be interested, make an order deferring the date at which the dissolution of the company is to take effect to such date as the Court thinks fit.
An application under this section shall not be made after the company is deemed to have been dissolved.
An order of the Court made under this section shall be registered with the Registrar within seven days of the date upon which it was made.
