Effect of supervision order

A supervision order shall take effect for all purpose s as if it was an order that the company be wound up by the Court except that —
the liquidation commenced in accordance with section 117 ; and
the prior actions of the voluntary liquidator shall be valid and binding upon the company and its official liquidator. Offences of fraud, etc.
