Meeting of creditors, when to be summoned

The Court shall, as soon as practicable after the provisional order, summon a general meeting of the creditors of the debtor; but if under any of the foregoing provisions an absolute order for bankruptcy has been made against the debtor before the day appointed for such meeting, the meeting shall not be held.
