Procedure on resolution for deed of arrangement

If the resolution is that the proceedings under the petition be stayed, the Court shall make an order that the proceedings be stayed accordingly for such time as may be necessary to obtain the confirmation of a deed of arrangement as hereinafter provided, and such order may be made on such terms and subject to such conditions as the Court may think just.
