When debtor punishable as for a contempt of Court

If the debtor wilfully fails to perform any of the duties imposed on the debtor by this Act, or if the debtor fails to deliver up possession of any part of the debtor’s property, which is divisible amongst the debtor’s creditors under this Act, and which may, for the time being, be in the debtor’s possession or control, to the Trustee or any person authorised by the Court to take possession thereof, the debtor shall, in addition to any other punishment to which the debtor may be subject, have committed contempt of Court and may be punished accordingly.
