Duty of debtor to aid Trustee

When a provisional or an absolute order has been made against a debtor, it shall become the duty of the debtor to the utmost of the debtor’s power, so far as the debtor may be required, to aid in the realisation of that debtor’s property, and the distribution of the proceeds amongst that debtor’s creditors, and subject to this Act to submit to such examinations in respect of the debtor’s property or the debtor’s creditors as the Trustee or the Court may require, and to execute such powers of attorney, conveyances, deeds and instruments, and generally to do all such things in relation to the debtor’s property and the distribution of the proceeds amongst the debtor’s creditors, as the Trustee or Court may reasonably require or as may be prescribed.
