Notification of results of applications

Where the Council refuses an application made under sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 or 14, it shall, within ten days from the date of refusal, give to the applicant written notice of the decision and of the reasons for the refusal.
The applicant may, under section 27, appeal a refusal made by the Council.
