The Governor in Council may make regulations for —
prescribing the procedure and forms in respect of matters to be done under this Law;
matters which are specifically mentioned in this Law as being matters which may be prescribed by regulation; and
generally for carrying out the objects and provisions of this Law.
All such regulations shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly within ten days after the making thereof if the Legislative Assembly is then sitting, or if not sitting, then within ten days from the next meeting of the Legislative Assembly.
