Employers to make returns of injuries

Every employer in every industry to which the Governor may direct that this section shall apply shall, on or before such day in every year as the Governor may appoint, send to the Governor a correct return specifying the number of injuries in respect of which compensation has been paid by him under this Law during the previous year, and the amount of such compensation together with such other particulars as to the compensation as the Governor may direct, and in default of complying with this section shall be liable on summary conviction before a Judge to a penalty of twenty dollars.
