Winding up

The Authority may apply to the court for a licensee or a registered person, or a former licensee or registered person, that is or has been in contravention of section 4(1) to be wound up by the court, notwithstanding any winding up of the company voluntarily.
On an application under subsection (1), the court may make an order for the licensee or registered person to be wound up by the court if the court is of the opinion that the winding up would be in the public interest in all the circumstances of the case. Part 6 – General
