The Authority may, after consultation with the Minister and such persons as the Authority considers representative of the virtual asset service sector, issue guidance notes for the purpose of giving practical guidance with respect to this Act .
The Authority shall publish in the Gazette any guidance notes and such notice shall indicate the date on which the guidance notes come into effect.
In determining whether a person has complied with any of the requirements under this Act —
a court shall take into account any relevant guidance notes issued under subsection (1) which apply to that person; and
a court may take into account any other relevant guidance issued by a body that regulates, or is representative of, any trade, profession, business or employment carried on by that person. Appeals
