In order to ensure compliance with a direction given under section 87, the Office may apply in a summary manner ex parte or on notice to the Court for an order requiring a licensee who, in the opinion of the Office, has not complied with the relevant notice to do all necessary things to comply with the notice or to refrain from practices as specified in the notice.
