The notice referred to in section 87 shall —
specify the term, condition or requirement which the Office considers that the licensee may be contravening or may be likely to contravene;
specify the licensee's acts or omissions which, in the opinion of the Office, may constitute or would be likely to constitute contravention of the term, condition or requirement concerned;
contain a directive to the licensee to —
immediately discontinue or refrain from any practice specified in the said notice; or
do or perform such act or thing as may be specified in the notice or procure that any such act or thing be done, and where appropriate, take such remedial action as the Office may reasonably require to cure the contravention or prevent its repetition; and
specify the penalty for failure to comply with the notice and the period, being not less than fourteen days from the date of the notice, within which representations or objections regarding the matters contained in the notice may be made by the licensee.
The Office may —
after consideration of representations or objections made under subsection (1)(d); or
at any time by its own motion,
suspend, amend, modify or revoke a direction given under section 87.
