Regulations

The Governor, on the recommendation of the Board, may make regulations for the better carrying out of its duties and powers under this Law, and may (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing words) by such regulations provide for —
the safety or well-being of persons and the care of property connected with the undertakings of the College;
the regulation of commercial transactions, including trading, in or upon any premises the property of the College; and
any other matter which may appear to the Governor to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of giving due effect to this Law.
