There shall be an Administrative and Academic Committee of the College, established in accordance with the Schedule.
The Administrative and Academic Committee shall have responsibility for considering, approving or submitting for approval by the Board, as required, recommendations on all matters pertaining to the functioning of the College, including —
curriculum policy, development and implementation;
appointment, promotion and discipline of staff;
admission and discipline of students;
examinations and certification;
award of bursaries and scholarships;
planning, budgeting and other financial matters; and
such other matters as may be referred to it by the Board or by the President.
