A notice authorised or required to be given by this Part to a person may be given by delivering it to that person, or by leaving it at that person's proper address, or by sending it to that person by post.
For the purposes of this section, the proper address of a person shall be, in the case of a person whose name is included in the Driving Instructors' Register, that person's address on the Driving Instructors' Register, and in any other case, that person's usual or last known address.
