Production of certificates and licences to constables and authorised persons

A person to whom a certificate prescribed under section 130 is issued shall, on being required by a constable or the Director, produce the certificate for examination.
Where the name of a person is removed from the Driving Instructors' Register and that person fails to satisfy an obligation imposed on that person by or under section 130, a constable may require that person to produce any certificate issued to that person, and upon it being produced may seize it and deliver it to the Director.
A person who is required under subsection (1) or (2) to produce a document and fails to do so commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for six months, or to both.
