Using uninspected vehicle

A person who uses a vehicle, or being the owner of a vehicle permits the vehicle to be used on a road contrary to section 61, 62 or 63 commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of six hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term of six months, or to both, and the particulars of the offence shall be endorsed on that person's driving record.
