If there is failure to comply with any notice, order or request referred to in paragraph (g) or (h) of section 6(1) or with any requirement of section 7(1), 21(6) or 23(1)(a), the corporation and every member thereof who is knowingly a party to such failure commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for six months.
