The Governor in Cabinet may make regulations generally for the proper carrying out of this Law, and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may make regulations —
as to the manner and form of registering strata plans;
providing for the amendment of registered strata plans;
prescribing the manner of registering transfers and leases of common property;
providing for cases where a building is damaged but not destroyed;
providing for the insurance of strata lots by the proprietors thereof;
providing for the voting rights of chargees of strata lots;
prescribing the fees to be paid for anything required or permitted to be done under this Law;
prescribing any other matter or anything which may be, or is required by this Law to be, prescribed.
