Articles of Association of the Exchange

The Articles shall provide that —
a person who is not an Exchange member may be appointed a Council member;
a person who is not an Exchange member may be appointed a proxy holder; and
without prejudice to the appointment of other officers, the Exchange shall have a chairman and may, but shall not be required to, have a secretary.
