Exemption from various statutory provisions

The Stamp Duty Law (2011 Revision) shall not apply to any instrument which relates to the issue or transfer of a security which is listed or is a class of securities which is listed on the Exchange.
Notwithstanding paragraph (b) of section 4 and section 18 of this Law, Part III, sections 78, 79 and Part V of the Companies Law (2013 Revision) do not apply to the Exchange or to this Law.
Notwithstanding the Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) and the Sunday Trading Law (2014 Revision), the Exchange may carry on its business for twenty-four hours in each day on any and all days of each week, subject to any limitation or restriction imposed by the rules.
