Adjudication

The adjudicator shall, on payment in the prescribed manner of the prescribed fee adjudicate for stamp duty every instrument presented to him for that purpose within fifteen days of such presentation and, subject to the right of appeal of any person paying the duty as adjudicated, such adjudication shall be final and binding for all purposes of this Law.
