The Cabinet may make rules generally to give effect to the purposes and provisions of this Law, and in particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, for prescribing the forms to be used and the fees payable for anything to be done hereunder and for prescribing anything which under this Law may be prescribed.
