Jurisdiction of courts

Civil suits and proceedings relating to the ownership or the possession of land, or to a lease or charge, registered under this Law, or to any interest in any such land, lease or charge, being an interest which is registered which is referred to in section 28 shall be tried by the court having jurisdiction having regard to the value of the suit.
