A permit issued under the Traffic Act (2023 Revision) and which is in force on the date of commencement of this Act shall remain in force until its expiration on the date provided under the permit.
A person, not being a public officer, who was appointed to the Board under the Traffic Act (2023 Revision) continues as a member of the Board for the purposes of this Act for a term expiring on the day on which the appointment of the person would have expired under the Traffic Act (2023 Revision) or on such other date as determined by Cabinet.
