Matters to be considered by Board

In determining whether a person is a suitable person to be granted a permit under section 15, or whether to revoke or suspend a permit under section 16, the Board shall have regard to —
the conditions prescribed in regulations for the holding of a permit;
a breach of any regulations controlling the operation of public buses and taxis made under section 20(1)(a).
