The Governor or the Board, respectively shall terminate the appointment of any director so appointed by the Governor or the Board who —
resigns that person's office;
becomes of unsound mind or incapable of carrying out that person's duties;
becomes bankrupt, suspends payment to or compounds with that person's creditors;
is convicted in the Islands or any other jurisdiction of an offence involving dishonesty, fraud or any indictable offence;
commits serious misconduct in relation to that person's duties; or
is absent without leave for three or more consecutive meetings.
