The Investment Committee shall be comprised of the following members —
the Chief Executive Officer;
a plan member representative who is a director;
the member with substantial professional investment experience from the Board appointed under paragraph 1(1)(d); and
not more than two other individuals with substantial professional investment experience, who may be a current director of the Board (excluding the Chairperson).
In addition to delegating any of its powers set out in the principal Act with respect to the investment of the Fund, the Board may delegate to the Investment Committee the authority to set asset allocation ranges, evaluate and monitor investment performance and make recommendations to the Board in respect of all other areas related to the Fund's investment strategy and programme.
