Offences in connection with licences

A person commits an offence if he, for the purpose of obtaining a licence under section 13 —
provides information that is false in a material respect or a document that is not what it purports to be; and
knows that, or is reckless as to whether, the information is false or the document is not what it purports to be.
A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable on conviction on indictment to a fine of seventy thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term of three years, or to both.
