Risk - based supervision of private fund

A private fund may be categorised by the Authority upon , or at any time following , registration based on an assessment of risk in accordance with any rules, statements of principle and guidance issued by the Authority under section 34 of the Monetary Authority Act (2020 Revision) and shall be subject to ongoing risk - based monitoring.
