The Cabinet may make regulations —
prescribing anything by this Act required to be prescribed;
prescribing forms to be used under this Act ;
prescribing any returns to be made under this Act ;
Repealed by section 4 of the Private Funds (Amendment) Act , 2020 [ Law 30 of 2020 ] .
prescribing any fees payable; and
providing for such matters as may be necessary or convenient for carrying out or giving effect to this Act and its administration.
Regulations made under th is Act may —
make different provision in relation to different cases or circumstances;
apply in respect of particular persons or particular cases or particular classes of persons or particular classes of cases, and define a class by reference to an y circumstances; or
contain such transitional, consequential, incidental or supplementary provisions as appear to the Cabinet to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of the R egulations.
Regulations made under this Act may create an offence pu nishable by a fine not exceeding t wenty thousand dollars.
Fees prescribed for the purpose of this Act need bear no relationship to the cost of providing any service. 3
