Misrepresentation as a private fund

A person other than a private fund shall not represent in any way that the person is carrying on or attempting to carry on business in or from the Islands as a private fund .
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of one hundred thousand dollars.
