Authority to be informed of changes

Where a private fund —
makes any change , or becomes aware of any change , that materially affects any information submitted to the Authority under section 6 or otherwise under this Act ; or
change s its registered office or the location of its principal office , t he private fund shall within twenty - one days after making the change or becoming aware of the change , as the case may be , file with the Authority the details of the change which shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee . 3
A person who contravenes subsection ( 1 ) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of twenty thousand dollars.
