Religious duties

All prisoners and detainees shall be afforded within the prison or place of their detention opportunity for the exercise of their religious duties and devotions at appropriate times in accordance with their various religious persuasions and appropriate ministers of religion shall be permitted by arrangement with the Director to interview them.
