All prison rules, standing orders and regulations in force at the time of the enactment of this Act which are not inconsistent with or replaced by this Act or any regulation, rule or standing order shall remain in full force and effect.
The provisions of the Prisons (Amendment) Act, 2005 [Law 25 of 2005] shall not affect any person serving a sentence of imprisonment at the date of the commencement of the Prisons (Amendment) Act, 2005 [Law 25 of 2005].
