300. In this Part — “coin” includes any coin lawfully coined or lawfully current in any part of the Commonwealth and any coin of a foreign Sovereign or State; and “counterfeit coin” means any coin not genuine but resembling or apparently intended to resemble or pass for a genuine coin and includes any genuine coin prepared or altered so as to pass for coin of another denomination.
