Fund investments

The Fund shall be invested by the Board in approved investments as set out in Schedule 2 of the Public Service Pensions Law (2013 Revision) and for the purposes of this section subsections (2) to (4) of section 16 of the Public Service Pensions Law (2013 Revision) shall apply.
The Board may, with the approval of the Financial Secretary, pool the monies of the Fund with the monies of the fund under the Public Service Pensions Law (2013 Revision) and invest such monies in accordance with the provisions of that Law.
