Disbursements from the Fund

There shall be paid out of the Fund —

all pension benefits;

all expenses properly incurred in the administration of the Plan and of the Fund; and

such other payments as are permitted by this Law or regulations made hereunder.

No payments shall be made out of the Fund unless authorised by or under this Law.
