9. The oath in this Part referred to as the judicial oath shall be in the form following — “I, , do swear that I will well and truly serve His Majesty King Chrles the Third, in the office of (here insert the description of the office), and I will do right to all manner of people according to the law without fear or favour, affection or ill will - So help me God.”.
