8. The oath in this Part referred to as the official oath shall be in the form following — Oaths Act (2024 Revision) Section 9 c Revised as at 31st December, 2023 Page 7 “I, , do swear that I will well and truly serve His Majesty King Charles the Third, His Heirs and Successors in the office of (here insert the description of the office) - So help me God.”.
