Subject to subsection (2), where there is any conflict or inconsistency between this Act and any other law, this Act shall prevail unless the other law expressly provides otherwise.
Subsection (1) does not apply to the Confidential Information Disclosure Act, 2016 [Law 23 of 2016] which shall prevail over this Act.
Notwithstanding subsection (2), the Director may share information with Government departments and statutory authorities regarding the compliance of pension plans with this Act and the failure of employers to provide pension benefits or make timely contributions in accordance with this Act.
Information shared by the Director under subsection (3) shall not include any personal information of any employee and is limited to —
the particulars of the employer;
the type of contravention under this Act by the employer;
the resulting effect of the contravention of this Act by the employer.
