Order by Justice of the Peace

Where a Justice of the Peace is satisfied on evidence upon oath or affirmation by the Director or the designated person —
that there are reasonable and probable grounds for believing that it is necessary —
to enter and have access to, through and over any premises;
to make examinations, investigations or inquiries;
to make, take and remove photographs, samples, copies or extracts related to an examination, investigation or inquiry;
or to do any such things, for a purpose mentioned in section 87(2);
that the Director or the designated person —
has been denied entry to the premises;
has reasonable grounds to believe that entry to the premises will be denied;
has been instructed to leave the premises;
has been obstructed;
has been refused production of any book, paper or other document related to an examination, investigation or inquiry, by the occupier of the premises,
the Justice of the Peace may issue an inspection order authorising the Director or the designated person to enter the premises and to do anything specified under section 87 together with such police officers as the Director may deem necessary.
An inspection order issued under this section —
shall be executed between the hours of 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. unless the Justice of the Peace otherwise authorises in the order;
shall state the date on which it expires, which shall be a date not later than fifteen days after the issue of the inspection order.
A Justice of the Peace may receive and consider an application for an inspection order under this section without notice to and in the absence of the owner or occupier of the premises.
