29. (1) No member of the Council shall be liable in damages for anything done or omitted in the discharge or purported discharge of their respective functions under this Law unless it is shown that the act or omission was in bad faith.
Where a member of the Council is exempt from liability for an act or omission by reason only of subsection (1), the Council shall be liable for the act or omission to the extent that it would be if the member were the Council’s servant or agent.
